Freelance Designer

Mindstream Interactive is looking for a freelance designer to work with our team in Columbus, OH.

The freelance designer should have an exceptional practice in designing for digital, keen attention to detail, and the ability to quickly pick up on existing brand styles.

He/She should have experience working both autonomously and collaboratively, primarily with all levels of designers and copywriters, and occasionally with extended agency team members. The freelance designer should be comfortable with any project type, small to large scale in nature, and have mastered the ability to jump in and help where needed. Potential projects may range from email production, mobile interfaces to full site redesigns.

On-site presence is preferred, however we are open to alternative arrangements if it makes sense for the given workload.

We’re looking for:

• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to bring those ideas to life.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of agency experience
• Strong portfolio
