Graphic Designer

The Loken Group is seeking an entry level,part-time Graphic Designer who can work with pre-created templates to create compelling marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have some prior graphic design experience, be self-motivated and have a passion for graphic design. They will also be able to work in an energetic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Description

• Work with our collaborative marketing department at The Loken Group office.

• Create Commercial listing flyers from template design
• Create emails from template design
• Edit / update listing presentation packets (folder, inserts, brochure)
• Edit / update buyer presentation packets (folder, inserts, brochure)
• Edit / update brand marketing materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, flyers, brochures, business cards
• Create social media and blog graphics

Knowledge & Experience

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Prefer some knowledge basic of HTML, but not required
