GM Customer Service Advisor (Tier 2) Warren, June 5

This position is for our GM Customer Assistant Center Representative for our Inbound GM Customer Center located in Warren. As an advisor you will be responsible for taking incoming calls from dealers or customers regarding questions about their warranty, recalls, and acting as a liaison between the dealership and consumer. They may also need help with locating a dealership in their area. We are looking for someone who has excellent time management skills, can work quickly on their feet, show empathy and has prioritizing skills.
