Global Security Sales – Business Insights Analyst

In This Job You Will:
Analyze complex business requirements and support senior leaders in GSSO with strategic data insights.

Help in Solution Design and Development of reports and dashboards in Tableau.

Perform ad-hoc data analyses based on business needs.

Work with both technical and non-technical teams, being comfortable to communicate in both environments.

Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers and leadership to deliver effective solutions that support data driven decision making.

You have:
Data analysis skills, with an interest in automation

Overall 8+ years of experience and proficiency in Visualization tools (Tableau)

Excellent knowledge connecting Tableau to various data sources

Experience in working with SQL/Query languages and tools

Experience in matching data analysis and business justification

Good communication skills and used to presenting data verbally and in reports

Familiarity in building and executing Reports in Business Objects

Familiarity with CRM solutions like SFDC

Familiarity with Cisco Go To Market

Advanced Excel data skills

Experience with R, Python, Business Objects, Snowflake preferred but not required

BA/BS degree required
