JOB DESCRIPTION

FULL-TIME PASSENGER RESERVATION & TICKETING AGENT:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls for passengers and travel agents
• Handle incoming request from callers by email or fax and managing their inquires or requests
• Provide callers with information regarding flights, fares, destination, mileages and special offers and products
• Learn and complete the process of taking reservations, issuing tickets and making changes to existing tickets
• Provide individualized customer service through a high standard of professionalism

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual English/Chinese a plus
• Good communication & customer services skills
• Computer proficiency
• Self-motivated
• Weekend/holiday shifts required
