We also utilize our in house contact center to facilitate both inbound and outbound demand and our staff is comprised of talented experts from all walks of life providing us with unrivaled expertise in a number of fields. Requirements:

• Demonstrates appropriate customer care behaviors (empathy, active listening, courtesy, politeness, helpfulness, etc.)
• Records, investigates and identifies profiles to determine appropriate action steps
• Logs, tracks and appropriately documents interactions through utilization of our call center technology
• Demonstrates and supports compliance to all policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned
• 1 year continuous employment in a Customer Service related position
• Must be able to multitask in a technologically based environment
• Available to work a fulltime flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, to include evening shifts each week
• Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse populations
• High School Diploma/GED
