Full Stack Java Developer

Inperson interview – Local to DFW only

• Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios – Continuously improve software engineering practices
• Act as the Architect of the team to design and build large scale software systems

Ability to do hands on coding

• Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies
• Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions

Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community

• Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity
• Lead and/or mentor a team of engineers

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or military experience
• At least 10 years experience in software development
• At least 5 years experience in Spring Framework – Spring Core, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Spring Data, Spring Security etc.
• Very strong fundamentals and understanding of the concepts. Ability to understand how things work behind the scene, not just how to do coding
• Experience in building large scale systems from ground up
• Experience in End-to-End software development life cycle

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in software development
• 7+ years experience in Agile practices
• 5 years of experience in Front End development using technologies like HTML, CSS, Java Script, AngularJS, ReactJS etc.
