Job Summary:

The Full Stack App Developer reports directly to our CIO.

Job Responsibilities:

-Key lead on the IT team, producing new and enhancing existing applications with focus on the Microsoft technology stack.

-Create technical specifications & solutions based on functional business requirements.

-Design and build applications that are fast, highly-scalable, maintainable, and reliable.

-Ensure that we are delivering secure solutions that ensure data reliability and data protection.

-Design and build application/unit tests.

-Interface directly with business stakeholders throughout the organization, gathering feedback and discussing technical design.

-Ability to operate in a highly agile environment where fast and frequent delivery of incremental business improvement through technology is imperative.

-Perform basic support and debugging in test and production environments.

-Identify and escalate problems.

-Maintain and repair existing applications.

-Stay on top of new and up-and-coming technologies.

-Challenge everything – push yourself and others by asking how we can be better in all aspects of our work.

-Take ownership and lead development of team objectives.

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills:

-3-5+ years of experience developing scalable full-stack solutions.

-Experience with a variety of database technologies (relational or document-based).

-Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

-Experience with single page application frameworks such as ReactJS.

-Experience with implementing RESTful APIsExperience with backend and front-end unit testing tools.

-Analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of contexts.

-Experience working with the .NET framework, ASP.NET, Azure AD, Azure App Services, SQL Technologies is ideal.

-Experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (AX) is preferred.

-Developing web-based & mobile based software solutions for internal business stakeholders and customer facing solutions, with application development, complex code development, application testing and component design.

-Must have excellent communication skills and hands-on experience working on component based applications in a distributed environment.

-At least 1 year working in Agile or Fast Agile methodology.

-Knowledge or experience in test driven development.

Non-Technical Qualifications:

-Ability to connect with business stakeholders and customers.

-Proficient ability to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders

-Solid written and spoken English skills.

-Bachelors Degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems or a related field.
