Position Overview

Three Deep Marketing has an opening for a Front End Web Developer. If you have a proven background in developing quality websites, enjoy working with a team of developers, have an excellent aptitude with technology and software, are driven and interested in interactive solutions, then you have the necessary background to be a successful member of our highly skilled development team. Scope

Working collaboratively and proactively with all teams at Three Deep Marketing, the Front End Web Developer will be an integral part of our web development team. Candidates will be responsible for working with all teams at Three Deep Marketing to estimate scope of development projects, maintaining existing websites, new website development, and producing project deliverables.

Primary Responsibilities

Produce, modify and maintain web solutions using a variety of technologies and development languages
Execute on project deliverables according to project plans and deadlines
Monitor the progress of the technical workflow and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of deliverables
Develop new features and create functional specifications for the team to implement
Review the quality of the work completed with the technical team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets project standards
Provide accurate and reasonable timing estimates for work based on known requirements

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in all aspects of the web development life cycle
Experience with version control software such as Subversion
Knowledge of CMS integration, preferably with .NET based systems
Strong knowledge of standards based front-end development languages with ability to demonstrate valid hand coded HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Understanding of browser capabilities and accessibility requirements
Ability to provide accurate work estimates and complete deliverables on schedule
3+ years of experience developing for medium to large business websites
3+ years of experience with Responsive Web Design
Experience in Agile/Lean methods
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Aptitude for critical thinking with strong analytical and technical documentation skills
Must possess excellent debugging and troubleshooting techniques
Demonstrate ability to communicate verbally and in writing to team members and senior management
