Skills/Requirements Must Haves:

• Demonstrable experience building world-class consumer web applications
• 3+ years of Ruby on Rails Development experience
• Excellent JavaScript/HTML/CSS/Ajax coding skills
• Great written communication and documentation abilities

• Understanding of how an application interacts with users over time and as data/context changes
• Flexibility to develop prototypes as well as industrial-strength products
• Ability to collaborate with UX, creative and development teams on the execution of ideas
• Ability to build custom interface components and clean, portable code with keen understanding of object-oriented design
• Disciplined approach to unit and integration testing
• Understanding of accessibility issues in front-end code
• Familiarity with Ramsey Solutions and passionate about our products
• Active participation in the Rails community is preferred
