Front Desk Guest Service Agent

Local hotel is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Front Desk Guest Service Agent. This is a fast paced position that requires great customer service and multi-tasking skills. The purpose of this position is to maintain high quality of services offered to our guests through the areas of reservations, guest check in and check out, telephone services, etc… Applicants must be able to deal with the general public, customers, and employees with tact and courtesy, and must be punctual, dependable, and flexible. This ad is for a shift which includes working afternoons & evenings from 3:00pm-11:00pm and may include working weekends – please do not apply if you are unable to work this shift.
