Food Server

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AD! IF YOU ARE SELECTED FOR AN INTERVIEW AND YOU DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE HIRING PROCESS.

We are looking for experienced servers who can work VERY busy shifts and VERY slow shifts. On the busy shifts, teamwork is essential to remaining employed. On the slower shifts, the ability to multi-taks is essentail to remaining employed. We are an event location. On slow shifts, server’s range from $20-$100 per shift. On busy shifts, servers range from $200 – $500 per shift. If you work any doubles, multiply the range by two.

Please be able to meet the following requirments:

1. Have open availability. We are an event location and our business is dictated by conferences, concerts, sporting events, etc. Flexibility is a must

2. Your original availability must be kept for a minimum of 6 months (unless you are a student)

3. We do not consider MARTA when making the schedules. You must have reliable transportation .

4. Our out times are estimates. They can be shorter or longer, depending on business needs.

5. Attendance issues and call outs will negatively effect your employment.

6. Teamwork and respect for your co-workers is not optional.

7. Appearance and personal hygiene must be up to par.

8. Closing your section, performing sidework, and living up to the standards of the health department are not optional.

9. Must have at least one work reference from a former supervisor.
