Position Summary : This commission only position is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, while actively managing and growing relationships with new and existing customers throughout their assigned Sales territory. The position requires a highly motivated, high energy, detail-oriented, organized individual with a positive attitude. Our sales representatives enjoy unlimited earning potential with uncapped sales commissions and monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses opportunities. Our comprehensive package also includes benefits, travel allowances, and company provided equipment.

• Service and sell to existing customer base.
• Prospect and develop new business in order to grow sales.
• Participate in distributor sales meetings and food shows.
• Introduce new products and promotions.

Requirements :

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree or some college a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience with ability to exceed sales objectives and profit margin goals.
• Fluent in English and Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
• Organization/time management skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficiency working in Microsoft Office is required.
• Travel as needed to customer locations, meetings, and training.
