— Interactive FOCUS

— Dialogue Manager within FOCUS

— DB2

— Batch FOCUS

— JCL

— Expertise is FOCUS programming and not reporting 70% of the applications are Interactive and 30% batch.

— On Call production support Role

– experience in resolving job abends and resolving business support tickets.
