Financial Planner & Analysis (FP&A Analyst)

• Provide relevant and insightful financial analysis with respect to consolidated results across multiple business units (including the key drivers of business performance) for budgets, outlooks and monthly/quarterly results
  
• Build financial model to forecast the business and conduct sensitivity analysis
  
• Maintain an effective communication process with key stakeholders and business partners to ensure that budgets and analyses are accurate, implement corporate initiatives, including changes in reporting requirements
  
• Participate in providing analyses and materials for senior management
  
• Manage the collection, maintenance and integrity of data submissions by business units
  
• Develop and maintain standardized best practices regarding the reporting and analysis of business performance on a consolidated basis
  
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses for the CFO and others

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 4 years of financial analysis experience

• Experience in the Medical industry preferred

• Experience with eClinicalWorks and AthenaHealth reports

• Experience working in both Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Accounting teams

• Management reporting experience

• Ability to derive analytical insights from multiple data sources. Must understand context and relevant KPIs

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work within strict deadlines in a group environment and takes initiative

• Comfortable interacting with all levels of senior management

• Knowledge of Microsoft packages (Advanced Excel Skills and Power Point)
