REPORTING AND ANALYTICS
Report against key performance metrics related pricing actions, price gaps to competitive products, price thresholds, internal pricing architecture, and trade optimization opportunities.

Responsible for monthly dashboards and reporting suite.

Work closely with HQ and field based sales teams to help coordinate trade plans that maximize funds within the customer and channel framework.

Align with key stakeholders to identify new and existing reporting needs.
STRATEGY AND INFLUENCE
Participate in price modeling studies evaluating results of price and promotion activities.

Work with cross functional Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) team on project development and implementation.

Create analytics that provide retailer, distribution partner and internal effectiveness metrics.

Partner with account teams on price related proposals.

Projects – work on various ad-hoc analysis ranging from Distributor contribution, value-chain, innovation impact to cannibalization

Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)

Undergraduate degree with at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience

Self-motivated with hands on mentality

Able to work in a fast paced environment that requires balancing competing priorities

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Analytical ability to dive into detail while maintaining a broader business perspective

Strong written and oral communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Data analysis and data mining experience preferred

Knowledge of syndicated data a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or business related field
Fluent in English
