Financial Analyst Senior / Archbald, PA

The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks within the Financial Planning and Analysis department. Responsibilities include:

– Financial Planning and Analysis: Partner with Program Management, Business Development and other members of the Business Management organization to develop, maintain and analyze forecasts of Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash.

– Financial management and analysis of programs.

-Management Presentation: Prepare periodic reports on financial metrics and present findings to Management.

-Corporate Reporting: Fulfill monthly reporting requirements on financial metrics as directed from MFC, ESBA and Corporate.

-Long-Range Planning: Development and analysis of LRP, operational plan, short-term forecast. Support financial reporting.

-Financial Support: Provide financial support and guidance to other functional areas within the business.

-Policies and Procedures: Maintain and create procedures and work processes for performing the job function.

-Special Projects: Respond to the needs of the business and/or Management by providing necessary financial analysis.

Basic Qualifications

Qualifications included but not limited to:

– Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field

– Minimum 2 years of experience in a Financial Analyst or equivalent role.

– Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills

– Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments and to prioritize and meet deadlines

– Ability to utilize problem-solving skills to efficiently isolate problems/errors, evaluate, and implement solutions

– Demonstrated ability to work independently and in small peer groups with minimal supervision

– Strong PC skills and the ability to learn new financial systems quickly

– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Power Point.

– Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
