OVERVIEW

Works on analysis, preparation, investigation and resolution of the monthly results and variances. Provides analysis and recommendations on a variety of ad hoc projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support ad-hoc projects and the development of financial reporting for ad-hoc projects
Provide insights and explanation about major variances on monthly reports
Provides support as a business partner to specific business functions
Partners with business as a Finance contact.
Liaise with department managers and effectively communicate financial analysis.
Makes recommendations and works on P&L reporting and variance analysis.
Work with others on the preparation and submission of annual budgets and quarterly rolling forecast
Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills

bi-lingual Spanish
minimum 2 years expereince in Accounting or Finance
high degree of accuracy
confident at working to deadlines
strong analytical skills
advanced excel and database skills
Preferred Key Skills and Competencies
accounting systems ie: SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, ERP
