What part will you play?

• This finance position is responsible for partnering with Turner’s entertainment, sports, kids and news U.S. based sales divisions.
• Integral member of the Ad Sales Finance Resource Allocation & Incentivization team providing valuable insights and consultative services for finance and operations.
• This role will deliver accurate and timely financial reporting for advertising sales expenses.
• Position will report to the Sr. Manager, Ad Sales Finance
• Resource Allocation & Incentivization.

What will you be doing?

• Point person for maintaining and preparing Forecast, Budget/Long Range Plan, and various other expense related reporting deliverables, as well as enhancement and creation of reports.
• Point person for compiling and preparing presentation materials for periodic Sales and Finance management updates and as part of the annual Budget/LRP preparation process.
• Point person for consolidating forecast and budget data across Hyperion Financial and Salary Planning systems and ensuring accuracy through due diligence checks.
• Point person for identifying reporting options and implementation as business requirements evolve.
• Maintain database hierarchies and chartfields.
• Organize and maintain reporting archives.
• Assist with maintenance of processes and procedures documentation.
• Assist with team reporting calendar including due dates and deliverables.
• Actively participate in ad hoc and special requests to assist senior leadership with business decisions.
• Partner with Turner Finance & Accounting teams on ad-hoc analyses and requests.

• Proficient in all MS Office applications. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase or similar systems experience.
