Financial Analyst Associate – Ocala, FL

Performs a variety of statistical tasks required to ensure correct payroll data and process exception items. Responds to inquiries regarding salary actions and changes in compensation. Prepares and maintains various statistical and payroll records, procurement approvals, suspense items, and indirect budgets, as required for the overall financial health of the site. Performs analyses and reviews of data, develop reports for supervision and/or management review. Works closely with first line supervisors to ensure proper reporting via the APRISO and FACTS systems. Audits salary time attendance (STARS) reporting system inputs. Serves as the liaison with Lakeland Service Center and Orlando Labor Accounting.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent related experience.

Proficiency with MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access).

Strong analytical and computer/financial system skills.

Ability to work independently.

Can-do attitude, drive to excel, and ability to work with a diverse team.

This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Desired skills

Experience using Lockheed Martin financial or accounting systems.

Finance/accounting internship experience.

Timekeeping/payroll experience.
