Financial Analyst

Contactually is a B2B SaaS startup situated in downtown DC. We’re growing rapidly — in team size, customers, and revenue — and we are looking for a financial analyst to help scale our growing SaaS business.

Contactually’s Finance and Business Operations team works across the sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to build solid business processes and be the engine behind our data driven decision making process. As a Financial Analyst, your job will be to EXCELerate financial information distribution and learning. You will be the key individual on the finance team responsible for coordinating resource allocation across all departments of the company. In this high-impact role, you will coordinate with team leaders and executives to drive the growing SaaS business forward.

Responsibilities:
Develop and refine the company’s financial model

Consolidate and distribute financial information across departments and leaders

Provide monthly analysis between the financial model and actuals

Provide ad hoc business analysis

Understand and anticipate changes in the business

Proactively identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business

2-3 years of financial analysis experience (SaaS provider or technology company or venture capital experience is a preferred)

Strong analytic skills and intellectual curiosity

Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills

Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment

Consolidate and distribute financial information across departments and leaders

Expertise in financial modeling

SQL experience or willingness to learn preferred
