This position supports forecasting for $28+ million of General & Administrative costs for Grand Circle Corporation’s Regional offices, as well as identifying opportunities and make recommendations to senior leaders regarding costs vs. plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Summarize weekly status of headcount, performance, and G&A costs for 32 international offices – identifying key issues and opportunities by Executive/leader versus $28 million Plan.
  • Summarize monthly status of Other G&A costs, such as office, training, T&E, etc. – identifying key issues and opportunities by cost group.
  • Deliver monthly regional G&A forecast, collaborating with regional leaders, and provide Ad Hoc reporting and analysis as needed

    • Requirements

    :
    Extensive use of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, macros) 1-5 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, or Economics
