Financial Analyst

Supports IT strategies and recommendations of best practices

Responsible for detailed analysis related to the IT service chargeback to clients of a $300M/year and over 1,200 headcount global IT organization

Knowledge in the service model with ability to talk to executive leaders and provide understanding of IT costs

Ability to provide detailed variance analysis as it relates to customer profitability and services

Collect metrics to drive model, works closely with Corporate Accounting to perform monthly billings and quickly incorporate changes

Supports the 2019 Plan cycle and Forecasts

Improve processes and identify opportunities for cost savings

Works closely with IT leadership in any changes that affect the overall service chargeback model

Supports the Cyber Security and Infrastructure VP with all monthly reporting including accruals during month-end process and cost benefit analysis

Participates in cross functional projects and assists other functions with financial reporting and disclosure matters

Prepares ad hoc reports and analyses, as requested

Qualifications

Qualifications

Minimum of three years’ corporate finance experience required, preferably in the technology industry

4 – year business degree required, Finance with great Accounting background a plus

Experience with Financial Systems such as Oracle R12, HFM, Essbase required

Experience working for a large company with $1B+ sales required

Great communication and analytical skills required

Experience supporting allocation chargeback model for Information Technology

Experience managing large and complex international transactions

Experience with GAAP rules including Capex and Opex

Strong project management skills and knowledge

Strong Microsoft Office skills with advance Excel knowledge

Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and process improvement skills

Adapts quickly, independent and ability to make immediate impact
