Finance Specialist – Pricing Analyst

This role is responsible for ensuring customer agreed upon pricing is accurately entered into the enterprise software system for the product sold by Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages and validate that pricing is accurately invoiced to the customer.

POSITION ACTIVITIES AND TASKS

• Validate pricing entered into company software accurately reflect customer agreed upon pricing
• Engage with Business Services North America (BSNA) to ensure agreed upon customer pricing is processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Engage with BSNA to ensure agreed upon customer pricing is aligned in both CCSWB and Customer software
• Create and Formulate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to validate pricing accuracy
• Collaborates with CCSWB Leadership, Sales, RGM and Finance.
• Distribute reports to ensure timely and accurate entry to customer pricing to the CCSWB Team
• Ensure customer date is correctly entered and aligned properly in "Master Data" system.
• Ensure off-invoice customer pricing is "accrued" on a proper basis
• Ensure Customer Marketing Funds are accrued and paid upon customers fulfillment of agreed upon activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or other business-related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Accounting or Finance or relevant work experience.
• Attention to details
• 2 years’ experience working with contracts/invoices
