Accountabilities

• Research business challenges and use problem solving skills to provide optimal solutions.
  
• Evaluate your responsibilities and demonstrate awareness of how your role relates to the big picture.
  
• Complete project-related tasks on time, with quality, and suggest opportunities for process improvement.
  
• Understand the value of proper and effective planning.
  
• Monitor progress of tasks against a project plan and communicate status regarding project issues.
  
• Contribute to growing the knowledge capital base through activities such as sharing lessons learned with colleagues.
  
• Seek opportunities to learn and take on additional tasks and responsibility.

• Understand the importance of client satisfaction and use this knowledge to meet client needs in daily interactions.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 0-2 years’ relevant finance experience
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Clear, concise and articulate oral and written communication capabilities.
• Self-motivated and willing to collaborate with others when necessary to meet deadlines.
• Respond with a sense of urgency to immediate needs.
• Take pride in producing high quality work and maintain a strong work ethic.
• Listen carefully to others and ask questions to gain or clarify understanding.
• Adapt to different leadership and communication styles with both team members and clients in order to successfully complete goals.
• Embrace new ideas, approaches and work styles from other team members.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to the goals and objectives of the team.
• Accept and adapt to change, and understand that change is constant and necessary in order to consistently improve.
