Duties

The successful candidate will provide detailed analytics, financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, new business opportunities, and other projects requested by senior management. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support optimal business decision making. This is an opportunity for someone who has a natural intellectual curiosity and is driven to help shape the future of the role as part of the overall FP&A team.

What you’ll be doing as a member of our team:

• Support processes for reporting and analysis, including revenue/business scorecards, monthly biz reviews, marketing and Opex reviews, etc.
• Support managers in driving investment decisions by partnering with business leads to drive modeling and analysis
• Lead annual budget, mid-year review, and forecasting covering revenue, variable and discretionary Opex, and headcount
• Collaborate with business and finance leaders participating in leadership teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost control, and/or process improvements to drive business efficiency
• Consult business owners on appropriate finance and accounting treatment and ensure consistency with corporate policies

Requirements
What you’ll bring to the table:

• 5+ years of technology industry experience
• BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• MBA a plus
• Knowledgeable about software models
• Financial and analytical experience
• Financial modeling
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical ability and problem solving skills
• Sense of urgency
• Accountability
• Ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated expertise in business negotiations and relationship management
• Management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
