Finance Intern

S’well is looking for a Finance Intern to join our team in our beautiful Flatiron office. Reporting to the SVP of Global Finance, the Finance Intern will have the opportunity to learn about financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. The ideal candidate will have an extreme eye for detail, meticulous recordkeeping, and strong data entry skills.

What you’ll do:

• Provide strong support to the Finance team through analytic requests
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
• Process bank and merchant reconciliations.
• Analyze GL accounts for prior year to current year.
• Help streamline forecasting model and update all data in Microsoft Dynamics to reflect revised forecast.

What you’ll have:

• Pursuing a BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• General understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Strong data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
• Experience in MS Office a plus.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
