In this Finance Analyst role, you will focus on the performance of our lodging supply. As part of a dynamic, global team, you will partner across functions to enable solid business decision making through meaningful analysis and regular business performance measurement. You will support for forward- looking metric projections, ad hoc reporting, and competitive analyses. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys problem-solving, pays attention to detail, and is passionate about using data to drive decisions. Responsibilities:

Develop a shared understanding with LPS partners of business performance drivers and metrics (development, reporting and analysis of metrics and performance drivers), focused on AMER & LATAM.

Prepare and optimize weekly and monthly management reports including variance analyses, trend analysis

Identify business risks and opportunities.

Develop financial models and business cases that require detailed analysis for use in management decision making.

Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by business partners. Competencies & Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively

Curious, independent worker and enthusiastic thinker

Demonstrated active and solution-based approach towards business problems and process improvements

Extremely well organized and efficient with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently within demanding deadlines

Attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity

Strong qualitative and quantitative financial skills and Excel proficiency

Familiarity with Business Objects, Hyperion and Smartview is desired

BA required

2-4 Years work experience in a similar finance or analytical role
