Key Areas of Responsibility

The role involves providing financial analysis relating to global operations spend activity.This includes but is not limited to:

Management reporting and supportive analysis
Monthly forecast, annual plan, variance analysis
Executing internal controls for costing and inventory movement for cost.
Issue resolution along with special operations projects when necessary.

Basic Requirements

Provide weekly and monthly financial reporting package for management review.
Co-ordinate variance tracking including analysis and reporting.
Conduct pre-accounting close analysis of Operations Profit and Loss Statements, resolving all issues in a timely manner.
Calculate and book month-end accounting entries.
Work closely with various functions supporting financial Cost Reduction initiatives.
Participate in monthly forecast process and annual plan process.
Internal Controls and Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance.
Implementation and continuous improvement of financial processes and practices.
Ad hoc projects and analysis as required.
