Job Summary

Tradavo’s Field Merchandiser will be on-site merchandising installs and building customer relationships while setting up retail spaces. Working within the hospitality industry, they will be experts in maximizing sales for our customers through effective product placement and innovative design solutions.

Preferred candidates will be within 1 hour of a major airport within the following locations:

• Chicago, IL
• MD/DV/VA Area
• Philadelphia, PA
• NY/NJ

Responsibilities and Duties

• Reviewing blueprints & photographs for accuracy
• Verifying on-site dimensions
• Visualizing space and merchandising solutions
• Creating planograms
• Training hospitality staff in best practices
• Building customer relationships with Tradavo’s customers
• Up to 75% travel

Qualifications and Skills

• A four-year college degree
• Retail Merchandising and/or CPG product knowledge
• Superior technology skills
• Ability to operate under minimal supervision
• Simultaneously manage multiple tasks
• Proven organizational and prioritization abilities
• Demonstrate strong written, oral and telephone communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to take initiative in all aspects of job duties
• Be a self-motivated & independently driven team member
• Inherent intellectual curiosity to learn and grow within the company
• A hands-on mentality willing to undertake new projects on a regular basis
• Communication & interpersonal skills
• Maintains relations with customers by organizing and taking initiative to suggest developing specific customer-relations programs
• Salesforce, NetSuite or other CRM experience preferred
• Prior experience with inventory management software preferred
• Hospitality experience preferred
