What part will you play?
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks an Executive Assistant II for the Harry Potter Global Franchise Development. This position provides administrative and project support to the Senior Vice President, Harry Potter Global Franchise Development.

  • Manage all aspects of SVP’s calendar; works with several schedules in multiple time zones.
  • Prepare correspondence to staff, partners, and other third parties in a professional and effective manner, including meeting agendas and other documents; answer phones.
  • Organize and facilitate travel arrangements, both domestic and international for the SVP and other team members on occasion.
  • Responsible for receiving, processing and tracking purchase orders and invoices for the Burbank team; prepare expense reports
  • Assist the department overall and facilitate flow of information and the timely completion of projects in the department’s pipeline
  • Oversee and maintain filing and organizational systems, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare and assist with PowerPoint/Keynote presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other tracking documents.
  • Coordinate catered events, meetings and pitches.
  • Performs various errands, special projects and other related tasks as assigned.


What do we require from you?

  • College degree or equivalent required.
  • Professional administrative work experience of 2+ years preferred.
  • Experience with a studio, entertainment or brand management company.
  • Strong computer skills (Apple + PC) and tech savvy; fluency in the Microsoft Office, Apple iWork and Adobe Acrobat required.
  • Demonstrated excellence in creating visually compelling presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote and Photoshop in a timely manner required.
  • Ability to learn file transfer protocols and adapt to new technologies required.
  • Knowledge of the Wizarding World franchise (the Harry Potter books and films, the Fantastic Beasts films, The Cursed Child stage play, etc.) is a plus.
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime as necessary.
  • Must be available and willing to make/change travel arrangements, make calls and schedule couriers at any time, including nights and weekends.
  • Must have the ability to organize, schedule work effectively and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be trusted with confidential and sensitive information.
