General Purpose of Position:
The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for representing and promoting the company, lead generation, along with overseeing marketers to ensure branding of company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Promoting the LeafFilter product at consumer driven home shows, fairs, festivals and other events

Hiring, training and managing marketers/team members

Developing and implementing new strategies to target prospects

Researching events for our company to exhibit our product at

Initiating consumer interest and lead generation

Basic administrative duties including payroll, spreadsheets, and weekly reports

Develop and maintain relationships with exhibitors/sponsors

Competencies:
Management, lead generation, hiring, training, marketing, branding, scheduling, timeliness

Skills and Abilities Required:
Must have a valid Driver’s License

Must have access to the Internet

Required Education and/or Experience:
Experience working and generating leads at events including Home Shows, Fairs, Festivals and other events is highly preferred

Physical Demands:
This job operates at various locations

Physical demands such as standing and lifting may be necessary at various home shows, festivals, etc.
