ERP Implementation Consultant (Acumatica) Remote

Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a financial implementation consultant with Acumatica or a similar ERP software. If you enjoy working with clients, have a strong business sense, and are comfortable speaking with all levels of clients, up to C-level executives, we may have the perfect job for you! Salary $75k-130k+ excellent benefits.

We would love to see:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience in ERP Applications that includes support and implementation activities for standard ERP modules.
• Proficient in the functional areas of ERP Modules like Finance, Distribution, Project Management, CRM, Manufacturing etc., and must have involved in implementation, data migration tasks and other functional activities of ERP.
• Experience as part of implementing the functionalities/modules in ERP, third party tools and customizations.
• Strong financial background with ERP, Accountant, Controller background etc
• Ability to communicate will all client employees, entry to C level
• Knowledge of the standard data flow within different standard modules of an ERP.
• Ability to learn the functionalities of Acumatica ERP at fast pace.

You can expect to:

• Analyze the Pros and Cons of the ERP configuration settings before recommending the changes.
• Handle ERP application administration tasks like Installation, backups without guidance.
• Understand and write SQL commands.
• Analyze and troubleshoot the ERP functional issues reported by the clients and manage communications with the client including the ability to handle escalated issues.
• Train and drive other team members in implementing and supporting the end users.
• Analyze and understand the requirements and guide the team for any gaps in the understanding.
• Review documents like Functional specifications, FIT-GAP Analysis etc., created by other team members and recommend the changes if necessary.
• Recommend the suitable functional approach for the customizations to the Acumatica development team.
• Guide team members and developers on the expected functionality based on the requirements. Responsible for the final testing of the customizations and review with the client.
• Learn changes in the new versions of ERP and understand the third party integration tools in order to support the implementation.
• Perform implementation support activities like analyze and validate the open documents data, Import/Export Data, validate the missing template data etc., and provide guidance to the members.
• Work independently on the assigned tasks and will be responsive to the tasks
• Take leadership on the assigned tasks and project, and communicate the timely status of the projects to the stakeholders.
• Proactively discuss the open issues/tickets and take the responsibility of finding solutions in a timely manner.
