Job Description

We are providing free online training and placement for Quality Analyst position. Be the technical specialist on various imaging and printing products and solutions to help us prevent quality issues in the field, and also help us and resolve current customer product issues, supporting our large organization of Call centre, repair centres and service engineers, both in the consumer and the commercial space. Aligning with the company’s technical career path, the company offers you both vertical and horizontal growth in engineering, IT, and services.

Responsibilities:

• To analyse, evaluate and implement solutions that solve business problems in an imaging and printing environment to meet customers’ needs
• Understand HP imaging and printing products and related technologies
• To give in-depth presentations on analysis performed on HP printing products quality issues

Required Skills:

• Basic Knowledge of manual Testing
• Ability to develop test plans and cases using business requirements. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

Strong Communication & Technical skills

Responsible, dependable, quick learner

Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology

Preferred willingness to relocate nationwide in the US for projects
