ENTRY LEVEL* NOC TECH / HELP DESK

Start date: Early May 2017

Eligibility: US CITIZENS ONLY

This role requires 24x7x365 support so candidates must be able to support flexible hours and schedules to ensure all shifts are covered. Tech/IT background is preferred. (Help Desk or Service Desk)

Daily tasks:

  • Run testing procedures using various tools
  • Perform Check In/Check Out process
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • Willingness to work on any assigned shift
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office application such as Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Perform routine ticket management and escalations to drive problems to final resolution

Training will be provided upon hire (previous NOC experience is not required)
