Entry-Level Engineer

We are currently looking for an Entry-Level Engineer to join our team. We’re a fast-growing Houston-based technology consulting services firm that provides identity, data, and configuration management products and solutions to government, education, and commercial customers across the United States. The Entry-Level Engineer position is for new graduates looking to begin their career in a security software company. Entry-Level Engineers will begin an “initiation phase,” which involves learning about identity management and Identity Automation products, and will join our Services Engineering team to help implement our RapidIdentity product. After successfully completing the initiation phase, and based on demonstrated aptitude, the Entry-Level Engineer will then move to a full-time position in the Software Engineering, Services Engineering, or Support Engineering team.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, and while no direct work experience is necessary, some related internship experience is a plus. Candidates must be self-motivated, must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Occasional travel to professional meetings and working trips as required. Company stipend is provided for a computer.
