Entry Level Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Entry Level Digital Marketing Coordinator contributes to and maintains Seagull’s digital marketing initiatives, including the website, social media channels, email marketing, and webinars, ensuring the content is timely and engaging.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create, test and publish new and updated content to the BarTender website.
Coordinate translation of new and updated content across languages as appropriate.
Work with the Marketing team to develop, implement, test and publish page designs, stylesheets, graphical content and interactive features.
Create and publish engaging and coordinated content to BarTender’s social media channels.
Coordinate the formatting and delivery of marketing emails, and help to analyze and report on effectiveness.
Analyze site and content effectiveness, especially regarding conversions, and recommend and implement improvements.
Analyze SEO effectiveness and work with Marketing colleagues and outside vendors as appropriate to implement improvements.
Advocate for the end user audience and recommend new ways to deliver a quality online experience.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

Strong familiarity with web and social media channels, including the ability to tailor a business-to-business message to social media conventions.
Understanding of web standards, including HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and web content management.
Knowledge of SEO principles and tactics.
Understanding of UI principles.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Outstanding attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to translate the needs of end users and the company into content and design decisions.
Strong project and task management skills, with the ability to intelligently set priorities among multiple projects and work without supervision.
Experience with Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation systems a plus.

Education / Experience:

At least 1 year of experience handling website and social media content in a business setting.
A degree in marketing, communications, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
