Responsibilities:

  • Med Capital Project Management – Typical designs off the shelf. Examples are gathering lines, pig lanchers, modifications to meter stations, filter/separators, mainline valve replacements, turbine exchanges, etc. These projects are typically $500k to $5.0 MM.
  • Small Capital Project Management – Operational type projects to correct designs or meet compliance. Examples are CP sites, recoats, replace piping, station or plant valve replacements, reciprocating engine part replacements, installing air dryers, etc.
  • Plant/Processing Engineer – Assist operations in resolving day to day operational issues. Ensure the processing plants are operating efficiently and reliable. Perform analysis on processing plants and manage small processing projects to meet compliance, etc. Assist operations projects as assigned. Act as liaison between E&C and OE groups
  • Gathering Engineer – Assist operations in resolving day to day operational issues. Ensure the gathering systems are operating efficiently and reliable. Perform analysis on gathering systems and manage small gathering projects to meet compliance, etc. Assist operations projects as assigned. Act as liaison between E&C and OE groups.
  • Pipeline Engineer – Assist operations in resolving day to day operational issues. Ensure the pipeline systems are operating efficiently and reliable. Perform analysis on pipeline systems and manage small pipeline projects to meet compliance, etc. Assist operations projects as assigned. Act as liaison between E&C and OE groups.
  • Assist operations in resolving day to day technical issues. Assist operations projects as assigned. Act as liaison between E&C and OE groups. Manage Tactical projects as assigned.
  • Responsible to coordinate with the E&P producer and Williams measurement and gas control personnel. Ensure the meter facilities are in compliance with industry standards. Facilitate the first delivery of gas.
  • Coordinate the up-front file index, ensure the proper documents are stored in the proper system, and ensure the project records are transferred to RIM.

Functional/Technical Competencies:

  • Have computer experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, PowerPoint, and Excel Work products.
  • Possess ability to provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

  • Demonstrate ability to learn company specific software applications.

Qualifications:

A Successful Candidate Will:

  • Possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum zero to four years engineering related experience in the energy industry required.
  • Experience with gas gathering and processing projects is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both field employees and senior level staff
