End to End Audit Analyst

As a member of the Service Quality Organization, the auditor will collaborate cross functionally to identify opportunities that will improve provider and member experience. This individual will focus on provider and claims data in Humana’s payer, pricing, claims and directory systems. The auditor will develop audit programs, identify data trends and will help in presenting and implementing recommendations and solutions.
Humana is seeking a business process analyst who will: collect and analyze multi-faceted data using advanced methodologies and tools. You will then use the data you have generated to develop programs for process and productivity improvements, assisting in the presentation and implementation of your recommendations and solutions.
  • Generate comparative analyses of actual results to expected results and report your findings
  • Review policies, procedures, and systems to determine whether they function effectively and as intended.
  • In addition to reviewing provider and claims data, significant attention will be directed toward investigating opportunities for documentation and process improvement which would lead to increased efficiency.
Role Essentials

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Prior experience working within the health service industry and/or service operations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Six Sigma Knowledge desired

  • You will report to a Manager.
