Email Marketing (eCRM) Specialist

Fast-paced boutique interactive advertising agency located in the fun and exciting Midtown District of sunny Miami, Florida is expanding and looking to grow its client services team. Work closely with the internal creative department and account teams to ensure campaign elements are tracked and executed by the right team members

Maintain and communicate an email activity calendar associated with each client’s deadlines.

Organize and traffic new client projects to the appropriate internal teams.

Manage database assets and have a clear understanding of building database queries.

Apply A/B testing for subject lines and email layouts.

Produce weekly and monthly reports using both PowerPoint and Excel.

Management of IBM Watson Campaign Automation

Skills and Experience

A proven background in email marketing.

An in-depth understanding of target audience segmentation.

Solid knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry benchmarks.

Experience with the Silverpop email platform (or similar) would be useful

Strong organization, planning and execution skills

Strong problem-solving capabilities

Effective communication skills

Solid work ethic

A marketing or business related degree

Any requirements?

Requirements include having the ability to legally work within the USA. You must also have the required experience specified performing the role that you are interested in applying for. Having a good attitude and a desire to learn is always a plus. Bilingual English and Spanish(written/spoken) is required.
