Electrical Engineer

We are looking to recruit an Electrical Engineer in Bridlington, we are one of the UK’s leading vitamin, mineral and supplement manufacturers. The company produces 70 million capsules and tablets a week at our 60,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility for customers in over 40 countries. Working Hours – 4 on 4 off shift pattern 12 hour shifts: – shift flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the business

Night shift 6.00pm to 6.00am.

Required Skills & Experience/ Responsibilities:
To identify and diagnose faults and to carry out repairs, adjustments and other maintenance works as appropriate.

To carry out the required routine servicing, repair or adjustment of plant or machinery in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule To work on the introduction of new processes

To adopt a flexible approach in respect of other skills or trades to ensure the most cost effective completion of all tasks.

To undertake other skills tasks in which competence has been demonstrated.

To monitor plant as tasked and to record data using the supplied documentation.

To be thoroughly familiar and comply with the Company’s “Health & Safety” policy and procedures and to immediately report and hazards or infringements

To undertake any reasonable request.

Electrically biased maintenance engineer

Relevant qualification or time served

Demonstrate a “can do attitude” and willingness to work as part of a team

Flexible approach to work and will do what is required to get the job done
