Job Description

Established El Segundo, California based baby bedding, accessories & gift manufacture seeks experienced Business Systems & EDI Analyst.

Business Systems / I.T. Support Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day EDI activities with Oracle based software. Proficiency in A2000 or other similar Oracle based software a plus.

Coordinate with our EDI interface provider to keep EDI mapping and system up to date and comply with customer’s guidelines.

Maintain system documentation related to EDI information, policies and operating procedures.

Responsible for maintaining ERP system including resolving trouble tickets, working with ODBC, managing user responsibilities, training new hires, coordinating upgrades, maintain databases i.e. styles, UPC’s, customers, etc.

Generate and upload UPC’s to catalog. Provided basic desktop/laptop computer support. Install/update basic desktop computer software (Java, Flash, Adobe, MS Office). Ability to setup desktop printers/scanners.

Position Requirements:

The position requires at least four years of business systems / EDI experience including:

Knowledge of all facets of EDI including basic transaction set mapping, trading, partner setup, testing, and implementation.

ODBC experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Basic ability to Install, upgrade, and maintain all relevant software programs including, Adobe, Microsoft Office

Organized and detail oriented

Excellent communication skills

Multi-task oriented

Dependable/reliable

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college. Information Technology certificates and related EDI experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
