Dispatcher/Customer Service

Perfect Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for an upbeat savvy dispatcher to join our local team here in Boise! If you’re searching for a team of champions who are 100% focused on building life-long relationships with customers and helping better the community around you… this is the Perfect opportunity for you!

In this role you will be prioritizing service calls, rescheduling customers forward/ backward and updating customers on their expected time frame for their appointment…sometimes all at the same time. A PERFECT candidate will be able to take on a large amount of work, prioritize it and then execute throughout the day.

HOURS & COMPENSATION Full time, 40 hours per week

The call center is open between the hours of 7:30-5:30pm On call after hour coverage

Rotational Saturdays Base pay: $12 to start with opportunity to quickly advance to $16 Uncapped bonus incentives from day one of employment Compensated on-call rotation; $100 perk for being on call over a weekend

REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel with an ability to learn new and complex computer system applications quickly and efficiently.
