Dispatcher/Customer Service

The Central Shipping Coordinator is responsible for tracking activities between our carriers and shipping departments in order to execute some of the roles that our onsite dispatchers have historically covered. This includes improving our truck flow processes, tracking and escalating gaps in operational processes, identifying areas of improvement within our operations, and working alongside our transportation and shipping teams to solve problems and drive organizational improvement. This role is essential to driving our Zero Harm culture by improving the long-term feasibility of our no-touch logistics program at the sites.

This position will also play a key role in the execution of transportation programs, including a startup project designed to track our outbound trucks on our Fourkites platform. This will require heavy involvement with select carriers and customers in order to drive improvements in daily execution of these processes.
