Perfect Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for an upbeat, technical savvy dispatcher to join our local team here in Boise! In this role you will be prioritizing service calls, rescheduling customers forward/ backward and updating customers on their expected timeframe for their appointment…sometimes all at the same time. A PERFECT candidate will be able to take on a large amount of work, prioritize it and then execute throughout the day.

HOURS

Full time, 40 hours per week

The call center is open between the hours of 7:30-5:30pm

On call after hour coverage

Rotational Saturdays

COMPENSATION

Base pay: $12 to start with opportunity to quickly advance to $16

Uncapped bonus incentives from day one of employment

Compensated on-call rotation; $100 perk for being on call over a weekend

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED

Able to pass a background check and drug test
