Impact Health has been in business over 30 years, and is established in the National onsite Wellness business, with a recent pivot into ‘Rapid Deployment Healthcare Services at Scale’. This obviously brings many significant challenges in meeting these day to day demands, specifically with our significant database of field personnel.

This position is intended to oversee the day to day processes and procedures of our Field Personnel Department while providing guidance and support to the Department Manager and Staffing Coordinators.

This department handles all aspects of hiring, onboarding, and assigning field personnel. There will be some recruiting aspects to this as well, but recruiting in general is handled by our Chief People Officer for all positions. Tracking of where each person is in the onboarding process as well as keeping current of the field personnel credentials and training qualifications will also be an essential duty for this role.

The ideal person for the position is going to look something like:

1. Ability to speak on a director level with our executive team, client calls, operations management and field personnel department members.

2. Ability to intake mass amounts of requests in a rapid format and not lose your mind.

3. Ability to present the chaos you were just given in a manner that doesn’t overwhelm the team you are assigning the chaos too.

4. Ability to handle more requests than having 10 children under the age of 5, while providing guidance to said children, while determining appropriate yes’s and no’s.

5. Ability to understand at the end of the day – it won’t matter that you said “no” it will be out of your control at that point – and you will be required to get the team together and make it happen anyway, all with a smile on your face and motivation in your soul.

6. Willingness to dig in and get dirty with your team. This position, while a Director position, is not intended to merely watch and suggest, this is a position that also assists daily with the general functions of the department, and is thoroughly versed in all aspects of every team members position.

We are looking for someone with multiple years of staffing coordination, HR assisting, operations exposure and a general ability to think outside of the box.
