Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Advantage Engineers is hiring a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A Director) to execute and lead operational-finance components of our growing business. Reporting directly to the CFO, this senior position will be located in our Mechanicsburg, PA office.

From our Mid-Atlantic offices, we provide services to government agencies and private clients throughout the United States.

This senior-level position will directly impact and help guide financial practices in our next growth cycle, playing a key role in our dynamic company setting. We seek an exceptional financial professional who is an authentic communicator and committed to quality results.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver sound financial budgeting, modeling, forecasting and analysis for the organization and its divisions.
• Oversee ERP system administration.
• Direct insurances management.
• Administer company auto fleet allocation and usage.
• Provide acquisition integration support.
• Advance finance and administration process/policy development.

You should have:

• At least ten years of robust experience and accomplishments, preferably with a mix of public accounting and corporate finance work.
• Seasoned budgeting, modeling, and analytical skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and quality.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts across various audiences and business units in the organization.
• Polished business acumen and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Robust experience with various accounting, finance, and operational IT systems.
• CPA credential preferred but not essential.
• ERP system experience a significant plus.
