Director, NVIDIA Game Developer Program

NVIDIA is looking for an experienced game developer to drive content for our Game Development SDK, website, newsletter, blog and key events. The content will be supplied by Developer Technology (DevTech) engineers, GameWorks engineers and technical artists, Developer Tools engineers and 3rd party game developers. You will craft and hone this content to be of the most use to our game developers, as is typically raw.

You will identify the largest needs within this development community and drive/develop content to address them. Additionally you will act as product manager of our Premiere GeForce Developer Portal. You will gather requirements, define features and roadmap, coordinate with development teams, and communicate status regularly and succinctly. Lastly, you will be the Documentation Tsar for game developers, including GPU Programming Guides and Tools Manuals.

What we need to see:

• Software engineer with Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of direct game development experience with demonstrable track record
• 2+ years in graphics middleware development (game engine, content creation tools or related)
• Proficiency in 3D graphics rendering, engines, middleware and tools
• Possess excellent written and spoken English
• Leadership skills, including ability to matrix-manage resources across large teams spread across multiple countries and timezones
• Extraordinary organizational skills and a stickler for details
• Proficiency in defining and implementing processes and using data to prove their effectiveness
• Willingness to work fulltime at NVIDIA’s headquarters in Santa Clara
