Directo of Engineering

Candidates must have the technical knowledge and skill sets to direct all repairs and maintenance of a full-service Resort, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, buildings, multiple kitchens, and water features to include laundry and spa facilities. The Director of Engineering provides training and supervision to an engineering staff. He/She will provide all aspects of management to include scheduling, delegating, training and oversee capitol enhancing projects and new construction.

Requirements:
EPA Certified HVAC Training OSHA Training Working knowledge of Chillers, Boilers, Ice Machines, Kitchen, Laundry and Housekeeping equipment.

Excel, Word, and Outlook computer knowledge.

Previous experience as a Director of Engineer in upscale resort and new construction is a plus.
