We are seeking an energetic and adaptable Digital Media Designer to join our growing marketing team at ACityDiscount in Norcross, GA. ACityDiscount is a well established and proven e-commerce business supplying new and used restaurant equipment to customers nationwide.

The Digital Media Designer will be responsible for day to day production of digital media, assisting with our social media campaigns, and on-site photography of merchandize to supplement manufacturer provided artwork. You will a be part of a first class innovative marketing team that strives to utilize the latest visual platforms as customers trend towards new social and consumer media.

Responsibilities

• Produce visually stunning interactive graphic designs for web, print, email, social media, whitepapers, info-graphics, advertisements, brochures, landing pages, and evolving platforms.
• Photography of stocked merchandise for enhanced product engagement with customer.
• Assist managing of our social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google Plus, and up and coming platforms.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in graphic design, social media, and then translate insights to assist marketing planning.
• Desire to learn and maintain sufficient knowledge of ACityDiscount’s business and marketing objectives, and effectively maneuver our digital and social channels in a way that will support these objectives.

Qualifications

• BA, BFA, or BGD degree required (or 5+ years of equivalent experience) in Graphic Arts or related field.
• Knowledge of typography, color sense, and color theory.
• Exceptional conceptual and design skills with portfolio that demonstrates digital ability.
• Proficient in your choice of design software (we use Adobe & Corel products)
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics and related data to constantly assess ROI of efforts and recommend improvements to strategic and tactical plans.
• Creative thinker with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Focus on self-improvement and learning the latest developments in ecommerce retailing.
